Does anyone know of the best way to predict whether a partition will
pass an acoustic ISO140 test by means other than testing. I know that
there is the standard EN12354 which used statistical information to
build up a picture of the partition. I have use of the Bastian
software but the libraries do not hold the constructions I require.

Any thoughts would be helpful.

With WinFLAG you can estimate both sound absorption and sound insulation and
more of layered structures provided you know the properties of each layer.
It is quite advanced. You can download and try for 15 days before you buy...
