Glad to hear, but if a 3.5" should be common, or is this 2510 a special
one? I remember 720k, 1.44, and 2.88, I believe the 2.88 would be quite
difficult to find.

Recieved units yesterday. The new FD (now type number DVX003, intended for
the L-D ViRTe` Real-time Analyzer, the successor to the LD2900). The DVX003
FD is an exact duplicate (as far as I can tell) of the 2510 FD, likely just
the next production batch to perform the same functoin.

Great informatinon Ange. Several of us have dead floppies for the 2800-2900
and been told no replacements were available. If this DVX003 works I will
have to see if we can get one.

They are very limited in stock... it is said that LD discovered a few in
storage by accident... left over from some old demo events. But they seem to
be the standard issue for the LD3000 at one time, identical packaging as the
2510 . Pricey (~$700 now, comes with usual cable).

I could find no way other than floppy to be able to back-load an old
.LDL file into the LD2900 for quick review/browse and quick parallel
printer screen- and data- printout for records and reports...
